Jean-Philippe Boucher

Jean-Philippe Boucher is a member of multiple provincial architect associations, including Québec (OAQ) and British Columbia (AIBC). With more than 20 years of experience, in the field of Architecture and Construction, along with having an excellent approach to design, layout  and creativity. 

Jean-Philippe has managed and built projects ranging from commercial retail, work place, supermarkets, large-scale base buildings to multi-residential high rise apartments. 

A natural leader, with the ability to support all stakeholders through each phase of the project. Fluent in English and French, his professional practice extends through all Canada

Myriam Boutin

Myriam Boutin has been working in the field of architecture since 1995. She brings a vast experience of commercial environments and an in-depth understanding of retail branding and user experience. She is responsible for connecting the interdisciplinary teams and complement the mixed-use project team with strategic insights.

Front facing with clients for 25 years, her list of loyal clients can be attributed to her warm personality and strong communication and leadership skills. Her ability to grasp the overall picture and anticipate problems allows her to achieve client objectives and provide leadership to all team members.

Myriam Boutin's adaptive approach allows her to adapt to the specific requirements and needs of various projects. Her analytical mind and her judgement abilities allow her to have an excellent global vision on various situations and thus, to maximize the efficiency of the work to be accomplished.

Dalixa Santamaria is a member of the OTPQ, based in Montreal. She has practiced in the Architecture and Design industry for over 20 years. Her experience spans in Architectural design, Interior Planning, Project Management. Her career experience includes Design production, Design director, and Project management for Retail environments, Hotels/resorts, industrial/corporate, plus luxurious residential projects.

Fluent in English, Spanish, and comfortable knowledge of French. She is present, engaged, team driven, and dedicated every step of the way. Continually balancing client's needs and wishes while keeping an ethical and professional harmony, that is her personal style to every project
